Slow Cooker Taco Pot Roast
ingredients:
1 (3 to 4-lb) pot roast
1 (1-1/4 oz) package Au Jus Mix
1 (1-oz) package Taco Seasoning
1 (10-oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chiles
1-1/2 C. tomato juice
Directions
Placepot roast into your crockpot. Stir together the remaining ingredients and pour over the pot roast. Cover and cook on LOW for eight-twelve hours or on HIGH for about four and half hours.
